My sister Sarah purchased this book after Stephenie Meyer (author of the Twilight series) recommended it on her website. When she was finished she lent it to me with high praises and after pouring over it for 2 days, I agree!!! The book was very intense and the plot was good, new ideas of how the future of the world ends up in the authors mind...and the life dependant romance were my favorite aspects. The story is violent and writhe with betrayals, but there is also kindness, love, and drama. This is one novel you will not be able to put down, the perfect start to what should amount to a fantastic trilogy. I definitely recommend this read. Excellent book! The only downside is that it ends unresolved to lead into the next book. Now I have to wait FOREVER to see what will happen....UGH!

I'm really looking forward to reading this once I get out of the pregnancy funk. I just don't want to read anything right now, but I'm sure that'll change when I get feeling better! This looks like a great book!
