I got this book from my wonderful sister for Christmas! My other wonderful sister read it to me in her Mexican accent, & it was sooooo funny! My cat, Smokey, thinks he is a dog, so I sat down & read this book, & he was interested the entire time! I love the look on Skippyjon's face when his mom tells him to stay out of the closet! Yeah for Skippyjon Jones!

I haven't read the book yet, but I have to say I already think it is great. Ironically, this could be my cat. She isn't siamese, but white with black cow spots (by neice has called her a mexican-cow-cat since we got her). Six years ago I got her over the orange tabby I planned on getting, because she was so loving. The other kittens were not interested in being held. Turns out the family had a chihuahua who gave birth to a pup at the same time as Marble was born. The pup died, so the dog raised my kitten instead. For years we had to give Marble baths every week because she didn't know how to clean herself. Luckily she did know how to use a litter box.
Sarah that's hilarious! I didn't know Marbles was raised by a chihuahua! You most definitely need this book! PS - they make a Skippito plush doll too. Maybe it would remind Marbles of her Mommy. :)
